Convoy of Hope Chicago

Convoy of Hope Chicago is a neighborhood partnership between area churches, social, educational, medical agencies and Convoy of Hope, Inc. We are coming together to bring “hope” to families, single moms, underprivileged, unemployed, underemployed, veterans, and homeless within our community on Saturday, August 25, 2018, in the Marquette Park neighborhood of Chicago.

This partnership will activate approximately 1,500 volunteers who will give our guests (estimated at 10,000+) a day of “hope” as they are welcomed into a loving, caring environment that will provide:

– Free on site meal

– Social service /educational helps

– Medical screenings

– Job fair

– Free “Kid’s Carnival”

– Free Hair Cuts

– Free Family Portraits

– Free Shoes for children

– 6,000+ Free Backpacks/school supplies

– PRAYER

– FREE GROCERIES – Convoy of Hope will distribute between 35,000-40,000 lbs of goods to the guests
